Mission & NGO hospitals

Built for the hospitals that run on conviction and a tight budget.

Mission, faith-based and NGO hospitals tend to sit exactly where commercial hospital software is worst: unreliable power, thin connectivity, rotating international staff, and a budget that cannot absorb enterprise licensing. Those are the conditions Medveon was built in.

Why it fits this sector specifically

The system is offline-first, so an outage does not stop the ward. It runs on the phones staff already carry, so there is no hardware programme to fund. It is in English, which is the working language of most international mission and NGO clinical teams. And it can run in your own country or on your own server, which matters when a partner ministry asks where the records are.

Charity and teaching pricing

Public, charity, teaching, mission and NGO hospitals receive a 30–50% discount. List pricing starts from USD 199/mo for a single clinician and from USD 9 per bed / month for a full hospital, with local-currency pricing on request. Multi-site groups receive a further discount that scales with the number of sites. Invoicing is by bank transfer; annual prepayment is preferred and there is no card gateway yet.

Honest about capacity

Support and onboarding come directly from the small team that builds the system, remotely and asynchronously. That means genuinely attentive help and a direct line to the people who wrote the code — and it means we cap how many sites we take on at once. If you need a 24-hour support organisation or a same-week rollout across many sites, we are not the right fit, and we will say so early.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a discount for mission and charity hospitals?

Yes — public, charity, teaching, mission and NGO hospitals receive a 30-50% discount, with a further discount for multi-site groups that scales with the number of sites.

Will it work at a site with unreliable power and internet?

Yes. It is offline-first: it installs like an app, keeps working through outages and weak links, and syncs when a connection returns. It can also run on a local network inside the hospital.

Can rotating international staff pick it up quickly?

The interface is in English and follows the ward journey rather than an administrative menu tree, and onboarding includes training. Additional interface languages are scoped as onboarding work rather than shipped ready-made.

How do we pay if we cannot use a card?

By bank transfer or invoice, and regional wallets where available. There is no live card gateway; collection is arranged directly, and annual prepayment is preferred.
