Effective date: 2026-09-17. These terms cover our websites and the public demo. Paid use of OrthoSuite is governed by the customer's agreement.
1. Websites
Our websites are for information about our products; content may change without notice.
2. The public demo
- It holds fictional data only. Don't enter real patient information or use it for patient care.
- Accounts are shared and data resets nightly.
- It may change or go offline at any time.
- No attempts to access other organisations' data, upload unlawful content or overload the service.
3. Not medical advice
The software supports clinicians, who remain responsible for clinical decisions. Built-in scores and references are cited aids to check against local protocols.
4. Customers
Paid use is governed by the customer's agreement, which prevails over these terms.
5. Intellectual property
The Medveon and OrthoSuite names, site content and software belong to Medveon.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect loss from using the websites or the demo. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
7. Governing law
Pakistan; courts at Karachi.
