End the standing crowd in your OPD.
Medveon's queue and token system turns the chaotic outpatient line into a fair, visible, calm flow — tokens at the counter, a spoken call for the next patient, and a Now Serving board on any screen.
The problem with the OPD line
The physical queue is the worst experience in low-resource outpatient care: a crowd standing for hours with no order, no fairness and no information — and constant conflict at the counter. Paper token slips get lost; "who's next?" is shouted. Even hospitals with a token display often have no calm, visible way to call the next patient.
What Medveon's queue system does
Numbered tokens with the patient's name and MR, printed or shown on screen.
A spoken announcement and a full-screen Now Serving board on any display.
TV displays and audio call-outs on any screen — no special hardware.
Calmer counters
Managers get a live board — how many waiting and who is being served — instead of reconstructing it from paper days later.
Works offline, on the devices you have
Run Medveon on a server inside your hospital and the queue keeps working through internet outages. On our cloud edition the queue needs a connection; ward charting still works offline. It's part of Medveon's hospital management system, or available as a standalone tool.

What is an OPD queue / token system?
Software that issues numbered tokens to outpatients, calls the next patient and shows who is being served, so no one stands in a crowd to hold a place.
Can patients get a token on WhatsApp?
Not yet. Tokens are issued at the counter. What OrthoSuite does send by WhatsApp is a one-tap appointment reminder from the clinic's own device; token messages are not sent.
Does it work offline?
On a server inside your hospital, yes — the queue keeps working through internet outages. On our cloud edition the queue needs a connection; ward charting still works offline.
