Your patient data stays where your regulator expects it.
Health-data residency is the question that decides most Gulf and Middle East deals. Medveon answers it structurally: run it in your own cloud account in-region, or fully on-premises inside the hospital, under your own brand — with an offline-first core that does not fall over when a link does.
Residency is a deployment choice, not a promise
Rather than asking you to trust a vendor’s data-handling policy, Medveon lets you take the data: the whole system can run in a cloud account you own, in the region you choose, or on a server inside the hospital with no external dependency. Access is row-level-security enforced and data is encrypted at rest.
Medveon is designed to support health-record documentation requirements, but it does not hold any national or international compliance certification. This is general information, not legal advice — verify requirements with your local regulator or a healthcare lawyer.
White-label, under your own name
Private hospital groups and clinic chains usually want the system to look like theirs. Medveon is white-label: your name, your logo, your departments and your role structure. The interface ships in English, with a locale layer covering text direction — including right-to-left — currency and number formatting configured per deployment; additional translated languages are scoped as onboarding work rather than shipped out of the box.
A specialty system, not a generic template
The flagship edition is an orthopaedics and trauma system in daily use at a major public teaching hospital in Karachi, built by a practising surgeon. It runs the whole ward journey — admission, rounds and structured notes, theatre scheduling, the on-call list, discharge — plus pharmacy, laboratory, blood bank and inventory as role-scoped departments. Vitals and laboratory depth is strongest in orthopaedics and internal medicine; we will tell you plainly where a specialty is thinner rather than promise depth that is not there.

Can the data stay inside our country?
Yes. Medveon can run in a cloud account you own in the region you choose, or fully on-premises inside the hospital, so patient data never leaves your infrastructure.
Is Medveon certified for our health-data regulations?
No. Medveon holds no national or international compliance certification and we will not claim otherwise. It is designed to support health-record documentation requirements, and on-premises deployment addresses data-residency directly. Verify your obligations with your regulator or a healthcare lawyer.
Does the interface support Arabic and right-to-left text?
The interface ships in English. A locale layer handles text direction including right-to-left, plus currency and number formatting, configured per deployment. Translating the interface into an additional language is scoped as onboarding work, not something shipped ready-made.
Can we run it under our own hospital brand?
Yes — it is white-label: your name, logo, departments, roles and terminology.
